who needs a gym?
Everyone would agree that it’s a good idea to work out at least twice a week, and include weight training in your routine. Yet my therapists at the hospital won’t allow me access to the gym to work out, since I’m on a waiting list for a long-term care facility. Yes, that’s as mean-spirited as it sounds.
But who needs the gym? I can work out in my chair and in this video I am working my chest and shoulder muscles.
