FES bike
16 SepIn this video, I am riding the FES bike. Functional electrical stimulation to my quadriceps, hamstrings, and gluteus muscles allows me to be pushing the pedals, ever so weakly at the moment, but it’s a start!

8 SepAfter the exercise in this video, I sat up by myself on the floor for 20 minutes : a new record! After that, my stomach felt totally worked out.
